OF RDM ROOF DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT
WHO WE ARE
Sean Brandon founded Roof Design and Management in 2015, to provide customer-focused project management, roofing diagnostics and remediation, roof design and specification, and roof reports and inspections.
Roof Design and Management has a network of trusted suppliers and approved local installers, but Sean works on behalf of his residential and commercial clients providing them with independent assessments and expertise.
Originally from north-west London, Sean lived for many years in south Bedfordshire. He has more than 25 years of experience in construction, with approx. 18 of these specifically in the metal roofing and cladding industry and his past clients include HM Prison Service, Aston Martin Lagonda and the Zoological Society of London. Sean and his wife emigrated to Auckland in 2008.
Roof Design and Management is an associate member of the Roofing Association of New Zealand. Sean is a registered Licensed Building Practitioner.
