INTRODUCING SEAN BRANDON
OF RDM ROOF DESIGN AND MANAGEMENT
WHO WE ARE
Sean Brandon founded Roof Design and Management in 2016, to provide customer-focused project management, roofing diagnostics and remediation, roof design and specification, and roof inspections and reports. Over time, in response to customers’ needs, Sean’s work has evolved to focus solely on roof inspections and reports.
As an independent roofing consultant, Sean works on behalf of his residential and commercial clients across New Zealand, providing them with impartial assessments and expertise.
Originally from north-west London, Sean lived for many years in south Bedfordshire. He has more than 35 years of experience in construction, with 20+ of these specifically in the metal roofing and cladding industry, and his past clients include HM Prison Service, Aston Martin Lagonda, and the Zoological Society of London. Sean and his wife emigrated to Auckland in 2008.
Roof Design and Management is an associate member of the Roofing Association of New Zealand. Sean is a registered Licensed Building Practitioner.
